Chief Executive Officer

Bill is a highly experienced construction professional with extensive expertise in the operational supervision and coordination of hospitality, commercial, industrial, and tenant improvement projects. His background includes overseeing the full development of small tenant improvements to full scale ground up construction while successfully managing projects from pre-construction through final completion. Known for building strong relationships with owners, architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors, Bill fosters a collaborative and goal-oriented environment that drives project success. Through effective leadership, strategic planning, and seamless coordination of staff and trades, he consistently maintains schedule efficiency while meeting the unique demands and expectations of each client and project.
Vice president of construction
With more than forty years of construction industry experience, Todd is a detail-oriented leader with a comprehensive background spanning residential, light commercial, and large-scale commercial construction projects. His expertise includes office, retail, and industrial developments, as well as major infrastructure and hospitality projects, including freeway bridges, resort construction and restaurants. Todd brings a strategic and solutions-driven approach to the executive team, with a strong ability to identify project-specific requirements early in the construction process. His leadership ensures effective coordination, organization, and oversight across all phases of construction along with providing the support and structure necessary to deliver successful projects on time and to the highest standards.
Chief Financial Officer
A Las Vegas native and graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Gina brings more than 39 years of experience across both the public and private sectors, with a strong emphasis in construction accounting. Her expertise includes financial accounting, AIA billing, human resources, and payroll administration, providing critical operational and financial support to the executive team. Known for her professionalism, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills, Gina is a trusted and valued member of the organization whose dedication and work ethic contribute significantly to the company’s continued success.

As our General Superintendent, Alex provides top-tier leadership for all field operations. With a career spanning twenty-four years in construction, Alex has a proven track record of delivering multimillion-dollar projects safely, on time, and within budget. He oversees our site teams, drives productivity, and serves as the main point of coordination between project managers, architects, and subcontractors. Alex’s commitment to safety and operational efficiency makes him a cornerstone of our field success.
As CEO of Better Building Systems, and over thirty years as owner/operator of a construction company serving Southern Nevada, Bill has extensive hospitality and gaming construction industry experience. Brining both integrity driven client relationships and industry resources to Better Building Systems. Along with his determination for excellence, Bill has directed recruitment and retention of supervisors, staff, and craftsman of 350 employees successfully. Bill is a hands on leader involved in all aspects of company management including; prospect development and execution, company and project strategic planning, and contract negotiations.
